Frontity

Gullfos is a waterfall located in the canyon of the Hvítá river, in southwest Iceland.

There are around 1,300 known species of insects in Iceland, which is low compared with other countries (over one million species have been described worldwide).

Iceland is located in the North Atlantic Ocean between continental Europe and Greenland. It is considered part of Northern Europe and is the least populous of the Nordic countries.
